Terms of use for the Jabber / XMPP service

• Jabbers.one is a privately funded project. Due to server failures or maintenance no 24/7 availability can be guaranteed.
• Accounts and data could be lost due to software and / or hardware errors.
• Accounts that have not logged in within 2 days after registration will be deleted from the server.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 180 days will be deleted from the server.
• If your client uses XEP-0363: HTTP File Upload , uploads to the server will be delayed for max. 10 days deleted.
• Jabbers.one reserves the right to discontinue the service at any time.
• All forms of flood, spam, insult, discrimination, illegal file sharing, harassment of other users and commercial advertising are prohibited.
• All activities which could lead to a restriction of the server operation are prohibited.
• Jabbers.one is subject to the laws and privacy policies of the Federal Republic of Germany and the European Union.
• In general, Jabbers.one reserves the right to exclude users from the server without prior warning and to delete their account.
